Production Manager – Barilla Harry’s France (1993-2005)

Chef Pascal’s journey began in the heart of France, where he served as a Production Manager at Barilla Harry’s France for twelve years. In this role, he developed a profound understanding of the intricacies of large-scale production processes, ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of baked goods.

Technical Development Manager – Mankattan Food China (2006 – 2010)

Embracing new challenges, Chef Pascal ventured into the dynamic market of China, serving as a Technical Development Manager at Mankattan Food. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving innovation and adapting traditional baking techniques to suit the preferences of Chinese consumers.

Production & Research & Development Director – PV France Limited, Anglesey UK (2011-2016)

During his tenure as the Production & Research & Development Director at PV France Limited in the UK, Chef Pascal played a pivotal role in shaping the future of baking. Serving esteemed clients such as Ryan Air and wholesalers, he spearheaded groundbreaking research and development initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of the baking process.

Master Baker Group – Bakemart FZ LLC, Dubai  (2018-2021)

His global journey led him to the vibrant city of Dubai, where he assumed the role of Master Baker Group at Bakemart FZ LLC. Over three years, Chef Pascal immersed himself in Dubai’s diverse culinary scene, blending international baking techniques with local flavors to create unique and delightful creations.

Baker – Alshaya Group, Dubai  (2021 – 2023)

Continuing his culinary odyssey in Dubai, Chef Pascal joined the esteemed Alshaya Group as a Baker, further expanding his repertoire of baking skills and techniques. During his tenure, he continued to push boundaries, experimenting with innovative ingredients and methods to craft exceptional baked goods.

Baking Center Manager – Lesaffre GULF FZE (2023-Present)

Currently, Chef Pascal serves as the Baking Center Manager at Lesaffre GULF FZE, where he channels his extensive experience and expertise to support and empower bakers across the Middle East. Through Lesaffre’s state-of-the-art Baking Center, Chef Pascal offers invaluable guidance, training, and technical assistance to bakeries, ensuring they achieve excellence in every loaf, pastry, and confection.
